Vienna Excursion (weekend trip) 8.12.2006-10.12.2006

You're going to see Austria's capital city Vienna during a whole weekend from Friday till Sunday. We will stay in vienna at a nice youth hostel which is not far away from the center of the city. So you have the opportunity to explore vienna at night with us or your friends after the day program!
We will take the train to Vienna on Friday afternoon, and back to Graz on Sunday evening. We will stay for two nights at a youth hostel (breakfast included). We will start Friday evening at a Christmas market with mulled wine or a punch (glogg) and then go out at night together. During the two following days you will get to know Vienna by enjoying the activities we have selected for you and exploring the city on your own during the free time you'll have.

Our ESN-Vienna-Package: 105 Euro (120 without ÖBB Vorteilscard – do
consider getting one!) for ESN card holder. (If you don't have a ESN card: 110 Euro or 125 Euro)

Sign up is possible only during the office hours: (note the office is closed on 27.10.2006 and 3.11.2006):
Tuesday: 18:30 - 20:00 at KF office, ÖH Schuberstr 6a, first floor
Friday: 10:30 - 12:00 at KF office, ÖH Schuberstr 6a, first floor

1. All payment details can be found in the following conditions. When signing up you have to agree to the Travel and Payment Conditions (here also in German ). Especially note the cancelation fees!
2. Sign up is only possible personally. You must do it yourself as you have to accept the terms with your signature (so you can't sign up for a friend unless you bring a signed print out of the above conditions from him/her!).
3. When signing up you have to pay at least 50 Euro (without ESN card 70 Euro) as advance payment (or the full amount which is prefered). Payment of the rest must be done till 1.12.2006. If you don't pay till then someone else from the waiting list will get your place if he/she pays before you!
4. Full payment till 1.12.2006 or someone else might get your place.
