We are organizing several events during the semester, especially for international students. In most cases the events are organized either by us or our collegues from the other university.
Some are free but for some you have to pay. Everyone with ESN card usually gets a reduced price for each event.

For all our events following rules apply:

• The list of available events can change. Smaller events may be added during the semester.
• You have a good idea for an event we could organize? Contact us - the earlier the better.
• We have to cancel an event if there are too few participants. So please register (sign up) for the events as soon as you know you want to join it!

How to sign up (register) for an event:

1. Read the event description. It will tell you if you need to register (email or at the office).
   The following three cases are possible:
   a.) no registration: just come to the event
   b.) email/online: send your registration. Be sure to include all the necessary information stated in the event description (like name, esn card number, phone number,..)
   c.) office: you must go to one of the office hours to register
2. Pay special attention to the registration start and deadline.
3. Some events have special conditions for registration and payment. Be sure to read them (they are linked in the event description)
4. If something is unclear don't hesitate to contact us.

How to sign up (register) a friend for an event:

In case you are going to the office and your friend has no time to come himself/herself follow these instructions:

1. Your friend should be an Eramus student in Austria or Austrian student (it is not necessary that he/she has an ESN card but of course that is better ;-) If a friend from your home country is visiting you and wants to take part you must contact us first if participation is possible.
2. Print out this declaration (your friend must fill it out and sign it) (It is also available in German).
3. Check if the event has special travel and payment conditions (you find them in the event description). If there are such conditions print them out too. Your friend has to fill them out (first part) and sign them.
4. Come with the signed documents and the money to the office and you can sign up your friend quickly and without any troubles.
